Each engine consumes 9.4 gallon per hour. Vertical speed is 1100-1300 feet/min. 5 minutes after take off when power decreases to 92% vertical speed is still 1100 feet/min and fuel consumption decreases to 8.5 gallon per hour.
After aircraft horizontalizing at 12.000 feet at power of 92% DA 42 is accelerated up to 183 knots of indicated air speed. It means that true flight speed is 183 knots. Operational ceiling is 18.000 feet. If the flight performed with one engine the ceiling is 14.000 feet.
Autopilot CFC 700 with yaw suppression system provides unbelievable satisfaction with a flight. Decreasing power up to 75% engines consume 6.8 gal. per engine and put on speed of 175 knots. In this case consumption of Jet A1 is 51 l/hour. Great, isn’t it?
